Customer Service Rep
Domino's Pizza in Columbia, United States, is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 3102 Green Meadows Way location. As a key member of our customer-focused organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.
Provide exceptional customer service by taking phone calls and in-person orders with a friendly and professional demeanor
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and other forms of payment
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness standards
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with empathy and a problem-solving attitude
Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
Proven ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing orders
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Detail-oriented approach to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
