Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on production support for critical operational systems and assist with special projects.
- Maintain technical skillset, oversee service providers, and manage cross-functional relationships.
- Work with users of varying levels of technical proficiency in Office 365, MS Teams, Box, Zoom, Salesforce, NetSuite, and other applications; translate technical information into plain language.
- Deliver clear, concise, timely communication to staff to ensure confidence in our proactive and quality customer experience.
