Role : Board Certified Electrophysiologist to serve as a proctor for one of the facility s physicians

Setting : Inpatient hospital-based cardiology (Electrophysiology)

2 Facilities Covered

Scope of Work : Proctoring 10 ablation cases total :

5 PVC (Premature Ventricular Contractions) ablations

5 Atrial Fibrillation ablations

Support Staff : Standard hospital cardiac EP team present, physician will serve strictly as a proctor

Patient Population : Adult

EMR : Cerner

Trauma Level : Not specified, hospital-based

Requirements

Board Certification : Required Electrophysiology (must be BC)

License : Texas license only (IMLC not accepted)

Certifications : Must be BC Electrophysiologist with demonstrated experience in ablation cases

DEA : Required

Experience : Must be fully capable of overseeing ablation procedures as a proctor

Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days

Must be available specifically for the assigned case dates
