Associate Litigation Attorney

Buerger, Moseley & Carson is one of the oldest law firms in Williamson County, Tennessee. We are seeking to hire an associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join our litigation team. The litigation attorneys at Buerger, Moseley & Carson defend governmental entities, employers, medical providers and business entities in tort cases, constitutional claims, medical malpractice suits, employment cases and other civil litigation.

Qualifications :

Active Tennessee Bar License (required)

2-5 years of litigation experience

Strong research and legal writing skills

Professional oral and written communication skills
