A company is looking for a Controller to manage and scale the accounting function while collaborating closely with the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Own the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and GAAP-compliant financial statements

Continuously improve accounting processes for PayFac and payments SaaS, ensuring data integrity

Implement and manage accounting automation tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workflows

Required Qualifications

7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience with ownership of month-end close

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and operational accounting best practices

Experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, or PayFac environments is preferred

Demonstrated success in implementing accounting automation and modernizing finance processes

Proficiency with modern accounting systems and tools (e.g., QBO, NetSuite)
