Ready to coordinate the flow that keeps everything moving?

Location : Princeton, NJ, US — On-Site | Band J

Imagine this : a truck backs into the dock, you confirm documentation, stage drums precisely, and post transactions that make downstream teams successful. You keep the floor spotless per cGMP, validate every order (OBD) before it leaves, and close the loop with SAP PGI—every time.

Your impact

  • Own receiving, shipping, and sample order preparation with an eye for safety and quality.
  • Operate forklifts and drum-handling equipment confidently; support loading and unloading vehicles.
  • Maintain cGMP compliance and follow SOPs for tools, equipment, and computer systems.
  • Partner closely with a Group Leader or Internal Logistics lead to master procedures and systems.
  • Complete SAP transactions accurately, including daily PGI posts; apply OBD validation prior to shipment.

Your background

  • High School diploma or equivalent; 0–2 years in warehouse / manufacturing / distribution.
  • Experience handling chemicals; logistics equipment operation with a current forklift license.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices; HACCP familiarity is advantageous.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with shipping platforms like FedEx Ship Manager.
  • Strengths in quality control, shipping / receiving, material handling, loading / unloading, and meeting physical role requirements.
  • Compensation & benefits

  • Hourly wage : $22.50. Final offer reflects job-related skills, experience, education / training, and work location.
