Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Experience : Minimum 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehab

License : State licensure required

Certifications : BLS

Must-Have : Experience in acute inpatient or rehab settings

Job Description :

• Treats 10 to 12 patients per day, collaborating with 6-7 other physical therapists.
• Works in both acute inpatient and rehab settings, with potential ICU coverage depending on experience and demand.
• Manages ortho-total joints, neurological strokes, occasional brain injuries, medical cases, and general ICU patients.
• Demonstrates proficiency with EpicCare Inpatient EMR system.
• Participates in orientation, typically 2-3 days, followed by onboarding scheduled Monday-Friday.
• Rotates weekend shifts approximately every fourth weekend.
• Available to work holidays as needed.
• Wears scrubs, ensuring they do not match colors of other departments (list of approved colors provided upon hire).
• Collaborates with a team, including rehab aides and two PTAs, under the supervision of a manager.
• Abides by required shift notes : 4 days of 10-hour shifts, Thursday-Sunday.
