Associate Attorney - Personal Injury
Growing Personal Injury Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Plaintiff Personal Injury in Chantilly, VA
A growing firm based in Fairfax with over 15 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience to join their team in-Chantilly . The Attorney must be barred in either VA, MD, and / or D.C. (preference for VA or MD) and have plaintiff trial personal injury experience in Virginia Circuit Court . General district court experience is preferred but not required. This role offers high case volume and the opportunity to take cases to trial for plaintiffs across Virginia.
Offer :
Base salary $120,000-$125,000 depending on experience
Performance-based bonus tied directly to legal fees collected

Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation
Required : trial experience in Virginia Circuit Court handling plaintiff PI matters
Preferred : some experience in General District Court (GDC)
Barred in either VA, MD, and / or D.C. (preference for VA or MD)
Strong advocacy, case management, and client communication skills
Responsibilities :
Manage a high volume caseload of personal injury litigation matters from intake through resolution or trial
Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and trial documents
Appear in Circuit Court and GDC for hearings, mediations, depositions, negotiations, and trials
Advise clients on case strategy, legal risks, and settlement options
Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and trial preparation
