Shift : Night, 3x12-hour shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)

Hours per Week : 36

Weekends : Every 3rd weekend required

Floating : As needed within hospital

EMR : Meditech

Estimated weekly salary : $1780 - $1910

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Arkansas or compact state)

Minimum 1 year of recent Medical / Surgical RN experience

BLS certification required

Two professional references required

Ability to float within hospital units as needed

Must reside at least 50 miles from facility (no local candidates)

First-time travel nurses welcome!

RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Medical / Surgical unit

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes

Float to other clinical units within scope as needed

Educate patients and families on care plans and health management

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Meditech EMR
