Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction operations for luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of luxury residential construction projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Monitor project progress and schedule, making adjustments as necessary
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and stakeholders
• Prepare progress reports and manage project budgets
