Staff Accountant

Location : Springdale, OH

Compensation : $75-85K

Responsibilities :

• Process credit card payments, invoices, and daily sales reports.
• Post AR, AP, and inventory transactions to the General Ledger.
• Perform inventory adjustments and reconciliations.
• Prepare and present statements, such as balance sheets, income, and cash flow.
• Send invoices and customer statements.
• Run weekly AR Aging and backlog reports.
• Manage tax payments.
• Process purchase orders, accruals, and expense reports.
• Prepare PowerPoint slides for monthly recap meetings.
• Conduct bank and GL reconciliations.
