IT Support Technician - Hilton Head Island, SC Contract | Entry-Level | Project Support

Join a high-impact healthcare technology deployment in one of the most scenic locations in the Southeast! We're seeking IT Support Technicians to assist with a major go-live transition at a facility in Hilton Head Island, SC. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in IT support while enjoying the coastal lifestyle.

Responsibilities :

• Support pre-go-live and go-live efforts for an IT deployment.
• Install, configure, and support end-user devices, peripherals, and software.
• Deploy hardware including printers, scanners, carts, laptops, and desktops.
• Use predefined scripts to test workstations and validate printing / mapping.
• Troubleshoot and submit incidents for issues found during testing.
• Assist with hardware refreshes and facility-wide technology rollouts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for escalations and issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and document technical findings.
• Provide basic technical training to end users.
• Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation.
• Keep worksite clean and organized (equipment handling, box breakdown, trash removal).

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 / hr.
