We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineering lead to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the excellence of our technical support operations. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our technical support capabilities, improving documentation, and collaborating closely with the engineering manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain Product SKUs and Product Catalog data in ServiceNow (company CRM)Regularly load and update vendor data from various sources into ServiceNow and ensure it is free of errors and duplicatesCreate products, SKUs, etc. for Microsoft, Distributors, and other Partner products in collaboration with Product Management in support of Sales / Delivery / PMO / Finance activitiesCreate and manage CRM product eligibility rules, product relationships (bundling), and product offering characteristics to enable efficient quoting and procurement processesManage Pricing Lists / Rules (Microsoft, Distributors, Partners) in ServiceNow to ensure product pricing is consistent with company margin targetsRegularly analyze / maintain internal Microsoft / Partner / Summit 7 Product Catalogs and communicate changes in pricing, part numbers, availability, etc. to the fieldProtect the CRM data from loss and ensure it can be restoredWork with company stakeholders to define KPIs, analytics, and reporting needsCreate custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into the CRM / Invoice dataAdditional duties as assignedJob Specifications
Required
Catalog & Price-List Expertise - Experience maintaining large software or hardware catalogs (Microsoft or similar), including SKU, pricing, and product lifecycle.CRM / Database Administration (3+ years) - Proven record keeping product and customer data accurate in platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Dynamics; comfortable navigating relational data, running queries, etc.Project & Self-Management - Able to prioritize workload, make sound decisions independently, and keep multiple product catalog initiatives / tasks moving in parallel.Cross-Functional Collaboration - Effective at partnering with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and IT to maintain the product catalog and resolve data issues quickly.Understanding of data security, compliance, and governanceExcellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (X / VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc.)U.
