• Lives locally in the Seattle - Puget Sound area
• Bonus Points for TekMetric Software Experience. We also use ProDemand , AllData , and Identifix
• Brings extensive experience in service management or advising, ideally in independent auto shops
• Excels in sales , customer service, and running high-paced operations
• Can lead inspire a tight-knit team of technicians to reach peak performance
• Possesses technical know-how in diagnostics and mechanical systems
• Has a valid driver's license and a sharp sense for solving problems on the fly
• Communicates clearly, confidently, and compassionately with both customers and team members
