Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for global knowledge sharing and practice enablement across KPMG member firms
- Drive global community engagement strategies, including town halls, newsletters, and win story dissemination to promote Oracle partnership
- Maintain the internal enablement portal, housing Oracle-related content, case studies, and training updates
- Manage the Oracle Engagement Tracker tool to monitor wins, certifications, and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with the Oracle Education Team to define training goals, promote certification pathways, and track completions
- Act as an internal advocate for Oracle solutions, supporting marketing and communication efforts to build awareness
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
Minimum five years of recent experience in alliance management or a related field requiredBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant years of work experience in Oracle alliance managementProven experience in alliance management with strong program management and communication skillsProficiency in SharePoint, MS Teams, and enablement platforms, familiarity with Oracle Partner Network tools is a plusAbility to work across global time zones and collaborate with diverse teamsSelf-starter with excellent problem-solving skillsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG will not sponsor U.S. work visa status for this opportunitySeniority level
