Job descriptionSome sales and / or upselling experience One year of call center or customer service experience Bilingual a plus (preferred + $1.00 extra per hour) Sell home warranty and energy-related products and services to customers Assist existing customers with account questions or processes and schedule repair or maintenance services Successfully resolve customer questions and / or concerns quickly in one phone call by clarifying issues and implementing appropriate solutions Create and maintain personal team sales goals Exceed customer expectations through professional interactions on inbound calls
