• Shift 7 am - 7 pm plus night call 7 pm - 7 am
• Covering 20 - 25 ICU beds with 30 patients per day plus pulm consults
• Hospital setting with ICU coverage
• Arterial and central lines, bronchs, vent management required
• Adult patient population
• Very busy facility
• Should be split between 2 providers
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
