Position Overview

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a new client in the Beltsville area. This role includes a combination of in-home and clinic-based ABA sessions. Candidates must be open to afternoon early evening and / or daytime availability as the final schedule will be confirmed once client onboarding is complete.

• Location : Beltsville MD (20705)
• Setting : In-home and clinic based on client needs
• Schedule : Flexible; final hours will be determined following client scheduling
• Pay : $22.00$26.00 / hr
• Reports To : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Required Skills :

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the BACB (required) Additional ABA coursework or training (preferred but not required)

Required Education :

Strong understanding of ABA principles and RBT responsibilitiesAbility to follow treatment plans and implement clinical procedures accuratelyExperience supporting children with developmental or behavioral needsReliable consistent and professional in both clinic and home settingsEffective communication skills with families supervisors and teammatesCompetent in digital data collection and accurate documentationAbility to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standardsStrong
