Job Title : Member Service Representative (Contact Center)
Job Description
Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a 24 / 7 high volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. Provide information regarding products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, adaptability to multiple systems, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. Advise members on products and services that may fit their needs, fostering positive member interaction.

Work Environment
The Contact Center is open 24 / 7 / 365, offering flexibility to accommodate our members' needs globally. Shifts are hybrid / onsite, with scheduled breaks and meals. Most shifts are flexible, allowing for a one-hour variation in start and end times, with a total availability window of 9.5 hours. Expect to handle back-to-back phone calls for extended periods, up to four hours before a break.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50 / hr.
