The ideal candidate will monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions, interpret telemetry rhythms, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide top-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs for patients on telemetry. Recognize and respond promptly to cardiac arrhythmias and changes in condition. Administer medications, manage IV drips, and provide evidence-based nursing care. Coordinate care and communicate effectively with physicians and team members. Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EHR. Educate patients and families about cardiac care, medications, and recovery. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (active and in good standing). Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry or Step-Down experience required. BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA preferred). Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and assessment skills. Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities.
