Contract Manager - Fintech Compliance

A company is looking for a Contract Manager - Fintech.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams to review product features and customer-facing materials for legal risks

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements while managing contract workflows and ensuring timely execution

Conduct legal research and provide administrative support to the Legal team, including document management and reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and / or paralegal certification required

10+ years of paralegal experience with a focus on product support, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts

Strong understanding of contract fundamentals and regulatory considerations

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency with tools such as Ironclad, Slack, and Jira
