Key Responsibilities

Deliver medication treatment for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting

Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care

Work full-time, with various shift options, to provide patient-centered care

Required Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner license in a state of residence (specific states listed)

At least 1 year of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications

Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice

Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
