Licensing :

Registered Respiratory Therapist by NBRC

Licensed by Virginia State Board of Medicine (Active VA or Compact License required at submission)

COVID / Flu Vaccination : Required or valid declination

Credentialing : Must submit all requirements 1 week prior to start
