Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location : Soledad, California

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced school Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services to students within local educational settings. As an OT, you will play a vital role in promoting students' independence and enhancing their participation in academic and daily activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address fine motor skills, visual perception, sensory integration, and self-care tasks.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the educational curriculum.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, including individual and group sessions.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to support students' needs.

Qualifications :

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Washington Occupational Therapy License

Passion for working with children to enhance their functional skills and independence.
