The Executive Assistant at Get Linked up LLC will play a vital administrative role within our organization, directly assisting top executives and working collaboratively with various departments. Responsibilities
We need someone who is a self starter, proactive and takes initiative. We are looking for someone who will help manage and supervise the businesses sales team. We need you to be responsible for operational tasks. Strong organizational and multi tasking is a must.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior executives, including management of hectic agendas, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Responsible for the professional and efficient handling of all incoming calls and messages, forwarding important matters to the appropriate parties promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate internal and external communication, acting as the key point of contact for external partners and stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit business correspondence, reports, presentations, and manage the organization's documentation system.
- Arrange business travel, coordinate logistics, prepare detailed itinerates, and handle expense reports.
- Organize and facilitate company events, celebrations, and meetings, ensuring all related arrangements are efficiently managed to the highest standards.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role within a fast-paced professional environment.Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and experience with office management systems and procedures.Exemplary written and oral communication skills.Capability of managing confidential and sensitive information in a responsible manner.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.A proactive, highly organized individual who can multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.The Executive Assistant position is a crucial role at Get Linked up LLC.
