As a Virtual Recruiter, you will be responsible for actively recruiting child care staff, managing and maintaining the interview process and onboarding staff to meet the demands of Sentient's continual growth in markets across Ontario.

The role is dedicated to fulfilling talent management for the following roles :

• Supply / On-Call Staff
• Short to Long-Term Contract Staff

Key Responsibilities :

To be successful in this position, you must have 6+ months of experience working in a recruiter role, preferably in the education or childcare sector. Additional requirements :
