Retirement Plan Consultant

Sentry has a team of Retirement Plan Consultants dedicated to educating individual customers and participants on the advantages of participating in a retirement plan and operating an efficient Plan.The territory for this position includes : Ohio, Indiana, Southern Michigan, Western Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.What You'll DoLead group enrollments for assigned employer-sponsored retirement plansProvide accurate and timely customer service to ensure a quality customer experience with a goal of customer retentionMeet with individual participants to educate them on why retirement planning is importantConduct group education meetings to educate on the benefit of saving for retirementLead annual review process to educate the plan sponsor on fiduciary duties, assist with understanding compliance testing results, legislative issues and plan design enhancements.What it TakesBachelors' Degree or equivalent work experience2-5 years of related work experienceAbility to speak, write and understand Spanish is strongly preferredPoised public speaker with proven ability to engage and present to diverse audiences of all sizesCurrently licensed in life and health insurance products or the ability to obtain a license in a reasonable amount of timeExcellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills are requiredAbility to meet the travel requirements of the job and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle recordProficient knowledge and use of PC software applications such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word.Based on experience and qualifications, the base salary pay range for this position is $66,700-$91,800 annually.What You'll ReceiveAt Sentry, your total rewards go beyond competitive compensation.
