Pay : $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

The Project Manager is responsible for managing public works and heavy civil projects throughout Jacksonville. This position will manage the firm’s projects from cradle to grave, from bid award to completion of the project. Full project P&L responsibility.

• Base Salary $110,000 - $160,000 DOE

Required Experience / Skills / Qualifications :

3+ years’ experience in heavy civil construction with an emphasis in the public works, heavy highway and commercial / residential site work arena

Experience with FDOT preferred

Experience with managing mass excavation, underground utilities, paving, and site concrete projects

Microsoft Office Suite

HCSS (Heavybid Software), Agtek, and Primavera P6 preferred

4-year degree in a relevant field

Negotiated project experience preferred, including technical writing skills
