Physical Therapist Role $2,200 per week

Position Summary The Physical Therapist will lead the evaluation and treatment of patients with a wide range of diagnoses including orthopedics, neurology, cardiopulmonary, and geriatrics. This individual will develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, educate patients and families, and support smooth transitions of care.
