Production Assistant - ID Sculpture

Summary :

Responsible for performing general production / construction labor in the IDS factory and commercial construction sites. General construction laborers must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Laborers must also be able to concentrate on their tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in general labor tasks as needed to support facility operations.
• Mix concrete utilizing electric mixers and drills
• Operate electric, and pneumatic drills, saws, pumps, and wire cutters.
• Operate concrete, mortar, and plaster mixers
• Help other specialized fabricators
• Assist with fabrication in rope shop.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Promotes the Company's mission and values-based culture through providing excellent quality products
• Maintain utilization specified by supervisor and / or lead
• Team player and willing to work closely with others
• Employee would work with their hands, and need to be able to lift or hold heavy items (80lbs)
• Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
