As a Security Professional - Retail Patrol Specialist in Oxford, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. Your role will involve conducting routine patrols, interacting with visitors and staff, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type : Full Time Pay Rate : $16.72 / Hour Job Schedule : Day Time Mon 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM Thur 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM Fri 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM Sat 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM Sun 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM What You'll Do : Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support staff, visitors, and customers within the retail location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail area and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to observe and report on activities as required. Communicate with Allied Universal management and / or client representatives regarding concerns or incidents as needed. Complete required reports and documentation related to daily activities, incidents, and / or irregularities observed during patrols. What We're Looking For : Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
