A company is looking for a Regional Human Resources Manager to oversee team member onboarding, training, compliance, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities Manage the full life cycle of employee relations, including investigations and complaint resolution Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to attract, hire, and onboard new team members Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Generalist and at least 2 years as an HR Manager Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field preferred; PHR or SPHR certification is a plus Union experience from an HR perspective required Previous experience using iCIMS, Workday, or similar HRIS system
