Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available at an elementary school serving K-6 students in the Duluth, Minnesota area. This position is ideal for a licensed SLP with experience in school settings and a commitment to supporting pediatric speech and language development.

Position Details :

  • Part-time, approximately 0.4 FTE for the full 2025-2026 school year
  • Serve a caseload of elementary students from kindergarten through 6th grade
  • Work at one school site with flexible scheduling options to meet both school and candidate needs
  • Competitive weekly compensation paid every Friday

Qualifications :

  • Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license required
  • Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) licensure is required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
  • DHS licensure preferred but not mandatory; having it enables Medicaid billing capabilities
  • Experience working in pediatric and school-based settings highly desired
  • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
  • Provide direct therapy to students to improve speech, language, and communication skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies and regulations
