Job descriptionProvide direct patient care while modeling clinical excellence and professionalism Lead the execution of the clinic’s medical model, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal outcomes and timely case resolution Maintain compliance with APC supervisory requirements and state-specific regulations Manage clinicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Partner with clinic leadership to assess and adjust staffing levels based on patient volume and operational needs Identify and implement process improvements to enhance clinic efficiency and patient experience Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice Unrestricted DEA license and state dispensing license (required prior to start date) Eligible to participate in Medicare Board certification or eligibility in an ABMS or AOA-recognized specialty preferred FMCSA NRCME certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

- $300,000+ earning potential
