Healthcare UX Designer

A company is looking for a User Experience Designer to support healthcare digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Enhance usability and optimize workflows for a clinical ABA therapy platform

Polish UI and ensure visual consistency for a caregiver education tool with AI integration

Collaborate with internal developers and offshore teams to deliver user-centered designs

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in healthcare or clinical UX design, preferably in SaaS or enterprise-level platforms

Strong end-to-end UX / UI skills, including proficiency in Figma

Ability to work collaboratively across development, product, and clinical teams

Experience in ABA therapy or behavioral health UX is a plus

Familiarity with designing AI-powered user experiences is desirable
