We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to lead and maintain a robust compliance framework that ensures full adherence to applicable federal and state regulations, internal policies, and regulatory expectations. This role is essential in mitigating regulatory risk, upholding ethical standards, and ensuring the Credit Union continues to serve its members with integrity, transparency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes from agencies such as NCUA, CFPB, OFAC, FinCEN, and others.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including but not limited to : Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) / Anti-Money Laundering (AML), USA PATRIOT Act, ECOA, HMDA (Fair Lending laws), Truth in Savings Act (TISA) and Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Regulations E, CC, Z, D, SAFE Act, UDAAP, GLBA and data privacy / security laws

Policy and Procedure Management

Audits and Examinations

Risk Assessment & Monitoring

Training & Education

BSA / AML Compliance

Member Interaction
