What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies for utility locations, responding to client needs as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, taking action as appropriate for the situation and according to site protocols.

Document observations and report any irregularities or incidents to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and / or site management.

Support site-specific emergency response activities as directed, contributing to a prompt and organized resolution.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to assist clients, visitors, and personnel with security-related matters and general inquiries.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
