She Recruits has partnered with a well-established community-based healthcare organization in Nassau County to add a dedicated Primary Care Physician to their growing team. This is an outpatient-only role with time split between two locations no nights, no weekends, no inpatient call. What You ll Do

• Provide full-spectrum primary care across diverse patient populations, from school-age to adult.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging, then act on results.
• Prescribe and manage medications, administer treatments, and deliver preventive care (including immunizations).
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, chronic condition management, and lifestyle changes.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with specialists.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards and billing practices.
• Contribute to clinical education, peer review, and quality improvement initiatives.
