About the role

As a Supplier Governance Advisor at Reserv, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining our third-party risk management (TPRM) program. Your primary responsibility will be to assess and monitor vendor risk, maintain a defensible governance framework, and ensure audit readiness across our global vendor base. You will collaborate closely with vendor managers, compliance, legal, and claims teams to operationalize governance controls, build and maintain a central risk register, and deliver data-driven reporting on vendor risk and performance.

• Proactive, with a sense of urgency balanced with precision and accuracy.
• Tech-savvy, with an interest in automation and reporting tools (AuditBoard, dashboards, etc.).
• Resilient and adaptable — comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• And yes, you have a sense of humor. Risk work is serious, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.
