We’re hiring an Aircraft Refueler —someone who’s mechanically inclined, works outdoors in all conditions, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. Weekend shifts may be required after training.

As a 24 / 7 operation, we have openings across all shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and 12-hour schedules. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work any shift based on operational needs. Overtime—both scheduled and unscheduled, including holidays—may also be required.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Research technical data and perform refueling operations in accordance with ATA 103 Standard
• Test and calibrate fuel components, company special tools, and ground equipment per maintenance manuals, FAA regulations, and Ascent Aviation policies and procedures
• Monitor bulk fuel storage : receiving, dispensing, inventory, and quality control
• Maintain fuel farm and truck inspection records : daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual
• Perform aircraft fuel sales to company, customer, military, and transit aircraft
• Fuel and operate ground support equipment (GSE)
• Conduct runway and taxiway inspections, including FOD pickup and sweeping
• Inspect fuel systems and identify leaks or discrepancies
• Test fuel samples prior to all defuel operations before transferring to truck or fuel farm system
• Perform miscellaneous duties related to aircraft fuel systems, including annual filter changes and hose replacements
