Key Responsibilities
Define the Enjoy vision and maintain a roadmap across service performance, billing clarity, payments, and plan-change flows
Maintain a prioritized backlog and lead agile delivery with cross-functional teams
Use customer insights and analytics to diagnose issues and build performance dashboards
Required Qualifications
6+ years in product, customer experience, or operations within telecom or billing
Strong fluency in analytics and billing / payment systems
Experience deploying AI / automation in production workflows
Proven cross-functional leadership abilities
Customer-obsessed with a bias for action
