Manager, Culinary Services
The Culinary Services Manager is a management position responsible for developing and implementing culinary solutions to meet residents' needs and tastes. Oversees and manages culinary operations in a senior living facility.

Lead the front of the house of the dining operation (Cafeteria / Residential Dining Facility) in conjunction with the Food Service DirectorPlans, directs, and coordinates food service activities in order to deliver a finished product to the customerAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. Qualifications
Requires at least 2 to 3 years of experience in senior living / healthcareRequires at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a management roleBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationshipsAbility to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service modelAbility to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to a unified food service experience for all customersRequires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.Must be a certified dietary manager, or a certified food service manager; or has similar national certification for food service management and safety from a national certifying body; or has an associate's or higher degree in food service management or in hospitality, if the course study includes food service or restaurant management, from an accredited institution of higher learning; or has 2 or more years of experience in the position of director of food and nutrition services in a nursing facility setting and has completed a course of study in food safety and management, by no later than October 1, 2023, that includes topics integral to managing dietary operations including, but not limited to, foodborne illness, sanitation procedures, and food purchasing / receiving; and in States that have established standards for food service managers or dietary managers, meets State requirements for food service managers or dietary managers, and receives frequently scheduled consultations from a qualified dietitian or other clinically qualified nutrition professional.
