Position Details
Open Locations : Stockton, Californi
Modesto, California
Schedule :
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
No nights, weekends, holidays, or call
Patient Population : All ages, primarily adult working population
Practice Mix Includes :
Occupational Medicine
Urgent Care
Primary Injury Care
Preventive Exams & Physicals
Compliance & Return-to-Work Evaluations
Support Team :
MAs, X-ray techs, center operations, and centralized physician leadership
Technology :
Streamlined proprietary EMR (designed for fast charting)
What You’ll Do as the PA on Site
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat work-related injuries
Perform urgent care procedures : sutures, splints, wound care
Conduct DOT, pre-employment, and surveillance physicals
Interpret X-rays, labs, and EKGs
Create individualized return-to-work plans
Collaborate with employers, case managers, and safety teams
Deliver clear patient communication and education
Maintain complete documentation and regulatory compliance
This role gives PAs true autonomy supported by a structured system that sets you up for success.
What We’re Looking For
Active California PA license
NCCPA certification
DEA (or ability to obtain before start)
1–2+ years of outpatient experience preferred
(Urgent Care, Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, or OccMed)
Confidence managing walk-in acute conditions
Excellent communication and patient rapport
