Job description

Quality Auditor Position

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Conduct a 2.5 man-day Pre-Production Audit using AutoStore's custom audit template. Scope includes :
  • Evaluating Quality Management Systems
  • Assessing product / process controls and tooling
  • Reviewing supplier evaluations, complaints handling, audits, traceability, and preventive maintenance
  • Addressing special client concerns during the audit
  • Audit agenda and documentation provided by Client.

Certifications and Experience Needed :

  • Minimum 5 years in quality auditing, with at least 3 years conducting pre-production audits in manufacturing environments.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (preferred)
  • Experience with client-specific audit templates
  • ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar (preferred)
  • In-depth understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Ability to prepare and submit polished electronic reports in a timely manner, including digital photos

    • Job Type : 1099 contract

    Project Duration : Conduct Pre-Production Audit using CLIENT's custom audit template. NOTE : In a 1099 Contract, Project duration varies. However, right now the Project needs - short term (specifications not shared by client)

    Shift Hours : Max 8-hour shifts per day, including report time NOTE : In a 1099 Contract, Project duration varies.

    Ability to commute to : Salt Lake City, Utah. (and other Utah areas after current Project completion in future)

    Compensation : $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
