with a strong background in authoring user documentation for hardware or software products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in regulated environments and enjoys collaborating across teams to produce high-quality, user-friendly documentation.

Location : Remote (PST Hours)

Pay : $31.50-$45.00 DOE

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain end-user documentation including user manuals , installation guides, troubleshooting instructions, and upgrade / downgrade procedures.
• Create and edit visual content

such as diagrams, flowcharts, illustrations, and product photos.

Must-Have Qualifications :
