Project Management drives the construction process by maintaining effective relationships with clients, design engineers and subcontractors. As a Project Engineer , you will work with an experienced Project Manager and Superintendent to run solar projects from start to finish. You could be the future of Pepper.

Location : Onsite in our Barrington, IL office and project sites

What You Will Do :

• Drive customer satisfaction by identifying and exceeding client needs
• Facilitate the subcontractor bid process
• Negotiate subcontractor and material buyout; develop and negotiate subcontracts.
• Plan and schedule projects
• Manage subcontractor coordination, conflict resolution, project documentation and ensure quality and safety on every job
• Manage project costs through the ongoing evaluation of labor, material and equipment; continue to forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures and profits through project completion
• Perform project closeout

What You Bring :

This is an hourly, non-exempt role. The salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00. We consider many factors when determining actual hiring salary. These factors may include location, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, internal equity, and market demands.
