Job Description
Under the direction of the Business Office Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer service to patients over the phone or in person bringing all issues to a timely resolution. This position will represent OSU Medical Center in a professional manner through the display of a courteous and respectable attitude. Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
