• Duration : 13-week contract\n
• Location : Fayetteville, NC, and surrounding areas\n
• Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours per week\n
• Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm with occasional weekends and on-call duties (typically once per month)\n
• Pay : Negotiable based on territory budget.\n
• Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401 (k) after 90 days\n
• Mileage Reimbursement : .48c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected\n
• Productivity : 30-32per week, up to 35 visits per week\n\nBenefits : \n

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes.\n
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.\n
• Educate patients and families on care techniques and health management.\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.\n
• Document patient care and progress in Homecare Homebase.\n
• Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend shifts.\n\nJob Requirements : \n
• Active North CarolinaRegistered Nurse (RN)license.\n
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.\n
• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required.\n
• Proficiency in Homecare Homebase.\n
• Proficiency in Oasis.\n
• Reliable transportation for patient visits.\n
