Role Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Fulfillment Coordinator to support our logistics and fulfillment operations. This position is responsible for assembling and packaging our social impact kits for shipment while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness. The Fulfillment Coordinator may also assist with kit quality control and preparing and delivering donations to our nonprofit partners. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Pick, pack, and prepare kits according to order specifications.
  • Ensure all outgoing shipments meet company quality and presentation standards.
  • Perform quality control on completed, returned kits.
  • Assist with nonprofit donations as needed.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (typically 20–40 lbs.) and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with shipping and / or international shipping appreciated.
  • Basic operations software knowledge a plus.
  • Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics optional.
  • Schedule :

  • Part-time (8–10 hours a week)
  • Ability to set your own hours but should be a consistent schedule.

  • Starting at $20 / Hour
