Job Details

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President to lead exponential growth initiatives across both our core business in concrete structures, retaining walls, and hardscapes, as well as our irrigation and landscaping operations. This executive will be responsible for :

Driving entry into new markets with a focus on scalability and long-term profitability.

Developing and executing revenue acceleration strategies across all business units.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product innovation with market demand.

Identifying strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunities to fuel expansion.

Leading high-impact go-to-market plans for both structural and green infrastructure solutions.

Ideal candidates will bring deep experience in business development, market strategy, and operational leadership within construction, landscaping, or infrastructure sectors.
